Of the various productions, two seasonal beers stand out: Fidélis Vale do Sousa Vinhão Grape Ale 2020 - a spontaneous fermentation beer with the addition of must from the Vinhão variety; and the Fidélis Valle de Sovza Series, which uses wild hops from the banks of the Sousa river, hops that are highly intriguing because they offer wine notes to the beer made with it.
