Castelo, Arnoia, Celorico de Basto
A circular route with that is approximately 17 km long, which begins and ends in the village of Castelo (the old "Villa de Basto"), in the parish of Arnoia. The Castle of Arnoia, which is part of the Route of the Romanesque, is the major symbol of this route, but we should also highlight, apart from the rural landscape, the belvederes of Calvelo and Penícia, the Houses of Sequeiros and Chelo, the mills of Combro and, in the village of Castelo, the chapel of Saint Lucy, the pillory, the gallows, the pharmacy, the prison and the Interpretive Centre of the Castle of Arnoia.
