"A creative and scientific look at the historical and musical heritage of Northern Portugal" is the motto of the Ad Orientem concert cycle, which Ensemble Cardo-Roxo will perform in 12 monuments until April 2024.

Seven of the shows will take place on the territory of the Route of the Romanesque:

– 04 Feb 2024, Sunday, 4pm, Monastery of Saint Mary of Cárquere, Resende;

– 24 Feb 2024, Saturday, 9:30pm, Church of the Saviour of Fervença, Celorico de Basto (see spot);

– 10 Mar 2024, Sunday, 4pm, Monastery of the Saviour of Freixo de Baixo, Amarante;

– 14 Apr 2024, Sunday, 4pm, Church of the Saviour of Cabeça Santa, Penafiel.
