The Chapel of Our Lady of Piety of Quintã, in Baltar, Paredes, will host a concert by Luca Argel on Saturday, 6 September, at 9:30 pm, in an intimate voice and guitar format.
The Portuguese-Brazilian singer-songwriter invites the audience to immerse themselves in the poetic and musical universe he has been building over the last few years.
With a repertoire that spans his discography – from the remarkable Bandeira (2017), through Conversa de Fila, Samba de Guerrilha and Sabina, to the recent Visita (2024) – Luca Argel's show presents a musical narrative that combines lyricism, social criticism and melodic delicacy.
Part of the 8th edition of the Sons no Património festival, promoted by the Metropolitan Area of Porto, the concert is free to attend, subject to venue capacity.
In addition, the Municipality of Paredes, co-promoter of the event, is organising a 7.4 km circular walk on the afternoon of the 6th, which is easy and free to participate in:
Trilho de São Silvestre – a path of history, heritage and poetry
4 pm – Meeting at Largo Comendador Pereira Inácio, Baltar;
6.30 pm – Snack/social gathering.
