The Route of the Romanesque continues to invest in the foreign market and will be present, once again, in FITUR - International Tourism Fair, which will take place at the IFEMA Park - Feria de Madrid, in Spain from January 19 to 23.

Seen as an international reference in the tourism sector, the participation in this 42nd edition of FITUR is yet another opportunity for the Route of the Romanesque to promote itself among foreign tour operators and to find partners specialized in the cultural touring area, capable of integrating the "Route of the Romanesque" product into international commercial circuits.

The exhibition space of the Route of the Romanesque is part of Portugal's pavilion and may be visited in Pavilion 4, stand 4C02.

On the 21st, Friday, at 1:30 pm, as part of the Ver do Bago exhibition cycle, the Route of the Romanesque promotes a tasting of "Verde" wines. Registration for this activity must be done via email.

FITUR 2022, under the theme "We Embrace the World. We are Tourism", will bring together around 100 countries with 70 official representations, led by the Dominican Republic, which this year is the event's Partner Country.

The Route of the Romanesque participates in FITUR 2022 within the scope of the project "EEC PROVERE Tourism for All: Enhancing, Boosting and Promoting Tourism Across the Region", co-financed by Norte 2020, Portugal 2020 and the European Union, through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
