Mr. Manuel tells us that, since he was nine years old and at his father's request, he rang the bell of the Church of Meinedo to announce Eucharistic celebrations. In this regard, he tells us a story about a donkey... In 1987, after his father's death, he took over the role of Church sexton.
Since retirement, he spends his days working for the parish. He opens the door of the Church to visitors and pilgrims and helps the priest in everything he needs. He has fond and moving memories of his time spent in the Church of Meinedo, such as his wedding day.
