Odete Pereira - Rota do Românico

Mrs. Odete, together with her sister, has been the carer of the Chapel of Fandinhães since the late 2000s. For both of them, this Chapel has a very sentimental value. One day, after leaving the hospital in a wheelchair, Odete reveals, she asked a relative to take her to the Chapel to pray to Our Lady of Deliverance and, when this happened, she managed to get up from the chair. Because she has such a close connection with Our Lady of Deliverance, she says that, whenever she has the time, she likes to go to the Chapel.
The fact that it is part of the Route of the Romanesque has increased the number of visitors, who appreciate, above all, the sculptures on the corbels.
